How many suites will the resort have?
The first phase will be approximately 250 units. When the resort is totally built out, it is anticipated that there will be a total of 450 units.
What facilities will the resort have?
You will enjoy a wide range of amenities, activities, and luxury faciities when you stay at the Roatan Port Royal Resort.
Depending on location, the prices of the studio units range from $169,900 to $229,900. The one bedroom units range from $239,900 to $289,900. Financing of approximately 70% is available from local banks at interest rates at about 9.5%. We are working on getting better financing through other sources and are optimistic that we will be able to provide it.
Another way that you can finance your unit is by using the funds you have in your IRA or similar retirement programs. This is an excellent way of doing it as the rental revenues build up in your retirement account tax freel
Do you have a rental program?
Absolutely. You will have the option of putting your unit in a rental program that will be managed by Graves World Hospitality, a full-service luxury hotel management company. Please note, the developer will not be taking any proceeds from the rental program.
How does the rental program work?
The details of the rental program will be provided to interested purchasers prior to closing. However, the developer will not participate in any rental income from the units.
How often can I use my unit?
You can use your unit any time that you want if you elect not to put your unit in the rental program.
How much income can I expect from my unit?
This is highly dependent on the occupancy rate of the resort. Unfortunately, by law, we me may not give projections on how much income you will earn from your investment should you elect to participate in the rental program.
How often do I receive rental income?
This will be determined by the rental management company and will be contained in the rental agreement that will be available prior to closing.
